Andrew Benga
Andrew was born in Winnipeg, but his international soccer flair comes from his heritage. His Mother is from Manila, Philippines and his father is from Aranyosapati, Hungary. Andrew was introduced to soccer at a very young age from his father who was his first soccer coach and it was through that influence that he sees soccer as more of an art form than just a sport.
Andrew competed in the National All Starts Competition in 2006 & 2008 and was part of the 2007 Canada Summer Team Champions. He joined Winnipeg Juventus in 2010 where he scored 3 goals and made 6 assists that season.
In 2011 he won the Provincial Championships with Juventus and is currently enrolled at the University of Manitoba on track for a career in dentistry.
